The focus is to help employees acquire specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles in an Organisation. Additionally, developmental programs which are more expansive and focus on employee growth and future performance, rather than the immediate job role
This includes both short- and long-term certification courses to bridge the gap between knowledge and documentary evidence of our teeming population. Participants in these programs will be awarded certificates that bear the name of the university.
The various Faculties and Departmental Conferences and Seminars will be the focus of this service. Faculties and Departments will be requested to forward ahead of time details relating to their timing of their workshops and seminars for due considerations. The Consult's role in these regard will be to ensure effective and efficient organisation and delivery of such programs.
