Requirements For RE-ISSUANCE OF NOTIFICATION OF RESULT

• Evidence of Payment for Certificate
• Copy of Duly Completed Graduating Student's Final Clearance Form
• Copy of Student's Statement of Account
• Copy of valid means of identification (i.e. International Passport, National ID Card, Voter's Card or Driver's License)
• Evidence of payment of One Thousand Naira (₦ 1,000) only Alumni Due
• Relevant Documents to be attached MUST be in pdf format
