PROFESSOR DAVID ADEWALE OKE: THE IMMEDIATE PAST CMD, LASUTH
Professor David Adewale Oke, the immediate past Chief Medical Director of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital [LASUTH], has left an indelible mark of achievement in the history of healthcare delivery in Lagos State. Appointed in January, 2011 by His Excellency, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, to head the Management team of LASUTH, Professor Oke has academic, administrative and management experience spanning over 30 years including 10 years at the Executive level.
MEET THE NEW CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR, LASUTH - PROFESSOR ADETOKUNBO OLUSEGUN FABAMWO
Born on 15th July, 1954, Professor Adetokunbo Olusegun Fabamwo has vast experience as a clinician working in secondary and tertiary maternity units in the Lagos State health system. He joined the service of Lagos State University on 25th May, 2005, as a Senior Lecturer and rose through the ranks to the position of Professor in 2013.

On Saturday, 2nd February, 2019, Lagos State University honoured two illustrious personalities, the former and the new Chief Medical Directors of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital [LASUTH], Prof. David Oke and Prof. Adetokunbo Fabamwo. The event took place at Zen Garden Chinese Restaurant, Ikeja, Lagos.
