Salami D. Kareem is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics, Lagos State University. He obtained his Ph.D in Economics (Environmental) from University of Malaya, Kuala-lumpur, Malaysia. His research interest is in the area of Environmental and Ecology Economics. He has flair for proffering solution to economic issues. He had participated in many Seminar, workshop and conferences both local and internationally. He provided academic leadership at various levels including pioneer Ag. Head of Department, Banking and Finance (2000-2003) He is the current coordinator for Ph.D in the Department of Economics. He has written a number of articles in learned journals. He lectured and supervised both undergraduate and post graduate.
