Prof Olaoye Adetunji Abiola (LMAN, FPEDAN), Professor of Mathematics Education, was born in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, where he had his Primary and Secondary Schools ‘Education. He had his First Degree and Masters with PhD in Mathematics Education from the University of Benin (Second Class Upper) and University of Ibadan, respectively. As a staff in the Department of Science and Technology Education (Mathematics Education Unit), Faculty of Education, Lagos State University, Nigeria, his teachings, researches and community services at the Polytechnic (Faculty of Education) and University Systems span over six (6) and 20 years, respectively; in which he has produced many Graduates of the Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE), First Degrees, Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), Masters and PhD Levels. Currently academic staff of the Lagos State University, Nigeria, Prof Olaoye has assessed many PhDs and Professorial Candidates in some Universities in Nigeria, happily married and blessed with children in life.
