Prof. Olaoye, Adetunji Abiola had his first degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Benin in 1993, Masters and Doctor of Philosophy(Ph.D.) in Mathematics Education from the University of Ibadan in 1998 and 2004, respectively.

Having taught for more than six years at the defunct Department of Curriculum Studies, Faculty of Education, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, he joined the service of the Lagos State University, Nigeria in 2004 as Lecturer II; and rose to the rank of full Professor of Mathematics Education in 2017.

At present, Prof. Olaoye has many publications at both the National and International Journals which could be confirmed on the Google Scholars and Research Gate.

His areas of interest include Mathematics Education, Mathematics Teacher Education and Programme Evaluation.

Prof. Olaoye is happily married.
