Topic: International Law, International Humanitarian Law, Law Of The Sea And Jurisprudence
My research interests are spread over different disciplines in the general area of International law covering topics in jurisprudence and legal theory, International criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, Law of the Sea and Political oriented research. These researches deal with cooperation of States on one hand and the defense of individuals especially where the Law specifically mentioned such categories of people for special protection on the other hand. These persons include those who are Hors de combat and civilians not taking part in hostilities during armed. These and other related directions are the current focus of my research findings.
My main research interests spread across all areas of Public International law such as International Human Rights Law, Law of the Sea, International Transport law, Law of International institutions and related areas.

Public International Law
The work is designed as a text book in International for all who are interested in general knowledge in the field of International Law, those who are interested study and research in International Law and those who want to see the African perspective in the general outlook of international Law. This will also focus on the relationship and interactions between the United Nations Organization and its systems and public International Law.
The textbook will give an introduction with definitions and principles of International Law and dwell on other areas of Public International Law such as the subject of Public International Law such as States, International Institutions and individuals in their different categories. This will lead us to discuss issues of human rights and their enforcement by States, governmental and non-government organizations whether international or municipal. This discussion will take us to issues of Recognition of States, Succession of States and such other matters as International Treaties and other types of agreements between States, Diplomatic and Consular relations. The discussion will lead to issues of peace, security and dispute resolution through the different by negotiations, Court processes and tribunals where necessary.
