critical analysis of the narrative structures of two selected nigerian feature films.
Here , there
was critical analysis of selected home videos to ascertain the manner of
production, scripting, directing and selection of cast and crew. This
analysis, is a one stop shop for new film makers as the analysis was able to
dissect these films and decipher a meaning.
The objective
of this study is to enquire how film languages of several Nigerian feature
films are culturally conceived. It is also to determine the extent to which the
constructions of the plot of Nigerian films are technically executed so as to
properly identify the underlying assumptions and structures in film
stories. This thesis also tried to find out the themes of these selected Nigerian
films emphasize within the content of our present social existence.
