OLALEYE, Samuel Olasode is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences of the Lagos State University. He holds a LLB degree in Law and the M.sc Economics degree from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos and Kharkov Economic-Engineering University. the respectively. He also holds a PhD in Economics from Kharkov Economic-Engineering University.
He was a coordinator of M.sc Economics programme and presently coordinates same programme on Full-time stream. Olaleye has attended several conferences and have published extensively in reputable local and international Journals. He specializes in development economics, Economics of Entrepreneurship and petroleum economics. Olaleye is a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria and abroad.
