Oladipupo joined the Service of Lagos State University in 1998 as a Graduate Assistant and rose through the ranks to a full professor on 1st October, 2017.
In the course of her career, she has published well over forty (50) articles in reputable academic journals both nationally and internationally. She has authored few books and contributed chapters to books. She has also written and delivered several unpublished articles at various gatherings.
She has attended several trainings, seminars, webinars and workshops in both locally and internationally.
