Dr. Aishat Ojikutu-Eghomwanre is a Lecturer II in the Department of Public Administration at Lagos State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science with a specialization in Public Administration from Babcock University, an MSc in Public Administration (Human Resource and Personnel Management) from Lagos State University, and a BSc in Public Administration from Babcock University.
Her research interests include Governance, Environmental Management, and Gender Studies. Her doctoral research focused on Solid Waste Management and Environmental Challenges in Nigeria, and her work has been published in reputable academic journals.
Dr. Ojikutu-Eghomwanre is actively involved in teaching, research, and student mentorship. She is also committed to academic service, currently serving as Staff Adviser, MPA Examination Officer, and a member of both the Faculty Curriculum Committee and the Faculty Welfare Committee. She previously served as the Faculty of Management Sciences Representative on the Board of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences (2022–2023).
She is a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria, and a member of other professional organizations. She regularly participates in academic conferences and seminars to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing in the field of Public Administration.
