Topic: Impact Of Digital Revolution On Knowledge Management Of Administrators In Education
Description: Education has undergone a radical change as a result of the integration of digital technology into knowledge management KM platforms. The study will examine the impact of the digital revolution on knowledge management practices among education administrators. The world today has developed and grown digitally. This revolution does not exclude the education system and administrators at different levels. The study will focus on administrators at higher levels i.e. administrators in various universities. The major aim of the study will be to look at the impact of the digital revolution on the knowledge management of administrators in education. The study will equally consider the challenges faced by university administrators. The study will employ a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach using 110 administrators across various departments within the university. Data collection will be online and in-person administration. The study at the end is expected to shed more light on how to tackle various challenges facing the use of digital tools in the education sector.

Impact of Digital Transformation in Educational Management: A Study on Teacher Training and Student Engagement
The widespread presence of digital tools prompts important inquiries on the magnitude and subtle impacts on teacher training and student engagement. This study examines the impact of digital transformation in educational management focusing on teacher training and student engagement at Lagos State University. The study employed a descriptive survey design. The population for the study consist of 250 respondents from Lagos State University including faculty members and students. A stratified random sampling technique was used to ensure representation across different departments and faculties selected for the study. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire designed to measure the variables of interest. The results indicate significant positive correlations between digital transformation and of both teacher training r= 0.68,p& 0.05 and student engagement r= 0.72, p&0.05 . Conclusively, the study highlights the significant role of digital transformation initiatives in enhancing teacher training and promoting student engagement within the educational management framework in Lagos State Universities.
