My name is ELEGUNDE, Ayobami Folarin. I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with CGPA of 4.09) from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria, in 2005. I had a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from the above named institution. In 2018, I bagged a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business Administration from the same institution. I am a full member of International Institute for Policy Review & Development and Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria. My B.Sc. Project focused on the effects of External Business Environment on Organisational Performance in the Manufacturing industry with Cadbury Nigeria Plc., as a case study. In 2012, I carried out a study on the effects of Information Communication Technology on Organisational Performance in the Banking Industry for my master’s thesis. My Ph.D. thesis investigated the effects of Corporate Integrity on Organisational Performance: A study of selected insurance companies in Nigeria. The study empirically investigated the increasing trend of frauds, financial scandals, bankruptcies, non-claims settlements and other related unethical practices in the Nigeria Insurance industry. I have published in reputable journal outlets (both local and foreign) with high impact rating. I also attended several conferences and workshops.
