Description: My sustained interest has been in Language (ostensibly and especially English Language) teaching, communication, Educational Technology and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). My focus is on integrating technology into teaching and learning, appropriate use of Educational Technology tools for maximizing teaching-learning benefits to learner/trainee and how teachers can imbibe, apply, utilize and keep abreast of current trends in Information and Communication Technology. My research work/topics are derived from my area of focus.

Exploring the social media for self-learning among secondary and tertiary students.
The research work is aimed at identifying the frequently used social platform and explore the possibilities of harnessing the benefits for self-learning among students. It is aimed at making learning a fun so that the fun derived fro the platforms can be translated to meaningful learning. The research work will involve professionals from various disciplines.
