To examine the impact of strategic alliances on organizational adaptability and resilience in response to environmental changes.8. To develop a framework for successful strategic alliance management and its impact on organizational performance.Statement of the Problem for the study: The failure of strategic alliances to deliver expected outcomes is a significant concern for organizations, with studies suggesting that up to 70% of alliances fail to achieve their objectives. This high failure rate can be attributed to a lack of understanding of the complex relationships between strategic alliances and organizational performance. This study seeks to address this knowledge gap by examining the impact of strategic alliances on organizational performance, and exploring the characteristics of successful alliances. By identifying the factors that influence the success of strategic alliances, this study aims to provide a framework for organizations to manage their alliances more effectively and achieve improved performance.
