I am a Professor of Human Resource Management and Industrial Conflict. I had my B.Sc and M.Sc from University of Lagos and obtained my Ph.D from University of Ibadan. I was the pioneer Director of LASU Consult. I am presently the Dean of Faculty of Management Sciences. I am an external examiner to more than 10 University in Nigeria. Some the the Universities I serve as external examiner are : University of Ibadan, University of Ilorin, Osun State University, Covenant University, The Bells University, Elizade University, Crawford University, Kings University, Ekiti State University, etc
