Bakare Akeem Abayomi is a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Management Technology. He holds both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Project Management from the Department. He was the best graduating student in the Department at the time of his graduation, which earned him his position as a Graduate Assistant. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Specialist (MS): Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2016, and also has considerable experience as a Project Management Specialist with a consulting firm before joining the Department, developing expertise in business/corporate communication, project planning and scheduling, project reporting, project analysis, monitoring and controlling, project documentation and using the software as a tool for project management. He is also an expert user of data analysis software used in analysing both qualitative and quantitative (primary) data.
Research Interests: Project Management Competencies; Project and Operations Management Information Systems; Computer-Based Project Management; Business and Project (Big Data) Analytics.
