Design, Contruction, and Comparative Study of IoT-Based Spherical Parabolic Dish Solar Thermal Ccollector with Triaxial Tracking
Introduction: The Sun provides light and heat energy as a renewable energy source which is mostly adopted as an alternate source of energy generation in the form of electricity and heating for both industrial and domestic use. Solar Thermal Energy STE is a solar energy component and a technology for capturing heat radiated from the sun suitable for industrial and domestic applications. Methodology: To harness STE, STC is usually adopted and there are different types based on the mode of design and operationThe solar energy irradiance on each location on earth varies diurnally and seasonally. This makes it impossible for energy applications such as electricity, food processing, and mechanical engines to depend solely on solar power. Result: Extending solar irradiance on Earth is impossible, but maximizing energy collector systems to operate at high efficiency becomes a dire need in harnessing solar power. Conclusion: This study intends to make a thermal energy collection system that operates at optimum efficiency within the small window of solar energy availability.
