Incidence of Anti Money Laundering in Public Sector
There is an increase in perceived money laundering activities among public sector staff, the EFCC and other anti-money laundering agencies recorded increase in the incidence of Money laundering. Data will be conducted amongst the staff of Public sectors and politicians at both federal state and local government levels. A comparative analysis will be done over the last ten years and suggestions will be proffered. The research methodology adopted for this research work is based on both quantitative and qualitative research which is also known as mixed research techniques. It is excepted that the results of the findings will be of significance to officials of Anti-money laundering institutions and government in federal, state and local government levels for decision making. Also, other agencies that are outside this bracket of public sectors will find the result and findings of this research so useful because it will create awareness as to what to do and how to handle cases of money laundering in Nigeria economy.
