I am currently a Senior Lecturer and Acting Head, Department of Insurance, Faculty of Management Sciences, Lagos State University. I have BSc. Insurance from Lagos State University, Ojo in 2005. I proceeded to University of Lagos where I bagged MSc. (Business Administration/Marketing), MPhil. (Risk Management and Insurance) and Ph.D (Risk Management and Insurance) in 2009, 2014 and 2018 respectively. I have rear privilege to be the first set of Ph.D holders in Risk Management and Insurance to be produced from any Nigerian University in Nigeria. I am an Associate Member, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
I am currently an external examiner to College of Insurance and Financial Management (CIFM) and Insurance Institute of Uganga. Am also an accredited trainer of International Labour Organisation (ILO), Impact Insurance Facility.
My research areas are in reinsurance, insurance marketing, claims management, economics of insurance, microinsurance/inclusive insurance and risk financing.
